People Management Skills:
During my career I have had the responsibility of leading a team of multi-disciplined engineers which included; facility, structural engineers pdms designers and modellers from various levels up to lead. I would generally communicate to discipline leads in first instance and then check that the changes were being incorporated by the team, I would then communicate decisions when made (as appropriate) this helps people buy in to a solution.
Furthermore, I have previously been acting on behalf of Repsol Management on vessel with 75 Crew eg Marianos P/Lay Vessels and made sure all Safety Toolbox talks and procedures followed, reviewed and commented on _method statements etc. responsible for Divers, ROV, Trenchers and when bringing Chipiron 2 Well on line I have communicated on one to one and specific group talks as best suited in for particular situation.
Summary: Good with people and keen to promote a good engineered solution

Objective Develop future Development Strategies (Good Knowledge of Geology) enabling conversations offshore, Become Business Development Manager, Project Manager, Engineering Manager. Very good memory for faces, names, places. Originates from working in a family business.
